We ship all packages using UPS or FedEx service. Items ordered together are not always shipped together.

Payment Terms

We accept credit cards from Visa and MasterCard.

Returns

We're sorry if our products did not meet your needs or expectations. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of invoice. You'll receive a full credit or refund less shipping and handling. Because we are continually updating our products, at our discretion we may not accept orders after 30 days or a restocking charge of 20% may be deducted from your refund.

Note that some products, such as software, downloads, and other product, are not returnable.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
